Capacity check status: failed on Test Run

Hi, we are currently running Backup Exec 12.5. When I run a test run for our weekly full backup I get the following message:

Device                   : CERTANCE 1
Online append capacity   : 0.000 MB
Online overwrite capacity: 208,680 MB
Total append capacity    : 0.000 MB
Total overwrite capacity : 6,260,400 MB
Capacity check status    : Failed
Miscellaneous            :
 

The media is overwriteable and up until recently has been backing up about 360+ GB on an LTO2 tape with a compression rate of 1:1.9

I have run live update and everything is up-to date. The incremental daily job runs fine.

I have restarted all the services and tried different media all of which fail.

Any suggestions?

Hi Lisa 

 Don't go as per the test run, the results are never accurate.
