BackupExec 2010 R2 bengine.exe crashing when Deduplication used

Hi there,

 

For the past two days we have been experiencing a majorr failign of our backup system. Whenever a job is to use the Deduplication store it causes the bengine.exe to crash and takes the BackupExec engine service with it.

Here is the contents of the windows error log in event viewer:

It just seemed to appear out of nowhere which is rather annoying....has anybody out there got any suggestions?

Details of our enviroment are:

Server OS: 2008 R2

Server is a CASO

Deduplication store is on local disks..
