Cataloge Problem

All,

 

I am currently running BackupExec 11d and trying to cataloge a tape from another BackupExec server.  After following the steps in the KB

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH44676 I have manage to cataloge the tape.  However I am unbale to select the tape of cataloge to restore anything, I get the error "The slected media was not found in the catalogues"  Please find the job log below from the cataloge, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

 

Are you selecting the correct date? I've got the issue in BE 2010 R3 (and in every other version right back till BE 11d) where BE stupidly selects some random date from now till 90 years back!

The way around this is to ensure that the correct date range is selected.

I have completed the steps and still unable to restore the data.  Any ideas?

Is there sufficient disk space ?

That was it I can't belive it!!!!!!  I've spent 4 days trying to restore data from that tape.  I won't forget that in a while
