Since upgrading to 12.0 I am unable to Catalog tapes from other servers at our other office. I use to be able to inventory tapes and tape sets “More than one tape” very easily. I could but the first tape in and start the Catalog, it would ask for the last tape in the set then ask for the first tape and proceed to finish the Catalog.In a relatively short time. Now the software doesn’t seem to know what it is doing it doesn’t ask for any other tapes it takes hours….. to finally come back with an error that is no help at all. Job Failed (Job: "Catalog 00014") Catalog 00014 -- The job failed with the following error: The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the Catalog operation.
