Central Administration Server Duplicate

I have a CSA 12.5 server and 1 managed media server.  My tape drive is attached to the CSA server, and all of the jobs are scheduled from the CSA server.  My problem is that I can't duplicate to tape any jobs run on the managed server.  Every time I try i get a "e000810b - Physical Volume Library Drive not found. For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-33035" error. 
Is there a fix for this?

The easiest fix for this is to either move the tape drive to the MMS or have the CAS run the backup to disk

I need to have the tape drive attached to the CAS to duplicate the jobs that are run on it.  The CAS won't duplicate the job to disk either, I get the same error message.
