Cloning a machine with Backup Exec remote agent

Are there any special procedures I need to follow when I create an cloned image of a machine with Backup Exec remote agent installed? Some other software we use in the image has a unique identifier and we have to change some settings before we create the image.

There is nothing unique about each installation of the Remote Agent for Windows. All 'uniqueness' and licensing is on the media server.
