Hi As part of workaround it has been suggested to perform remote agent backup and not use hyperv agent ,about redirect access mode not sure what exactly you are looking for but see the link below which describes troubleshooting steps involved http://blogs.technet.com/b/askcore/archive/2010/12/16/troubleshooting-redirected-access-on-a-cluster-shared-volume-csv.aspx But as far as the solution from Symantec is to backup that virtual machine as like physical machine using remote agent. Thanks

Hi I Had mention already mentioned the same in my first link, You should be able to clear the Backup in progress, Redirected Access status by simulating a failure on the CSV volume using the cluster PowerShell cmdlet Test-ClusterResourceFailure. Using the CSV volume Hopefully you mark the right one here, good to see all working fine though. Take care.
