Communications are down with the Backup Exec Services.
How to fix this...???

Hi,
I've moved this to its own topic, because tacking a pretty thin comment onto another forum topic that has nothing to do with your issue won't get noticed.
Have you tried to start up your services???
Also...2 lines doesn't help anybody on this forum to even begin troubleshooting. Please provide the following:
1. Version of BE installed and the OS it is installed on?
2. Is your version of BE fully patched via LiveUpdate or via a manual installation?
3. How long has this gone on for?
4. Any AV blocking the BE services? Check the AV logs and if so, put in an exclusion for them.
5. Is the SQL service for BE started up?

Post error message from the Windows event viewer which is related to BE services.
