Hi,
Backup Exec does support Iomega Rev drive but not Iomega Rev tape drive.

USB drives are not detected like any other drivers in the Device Manager, you need to create a Removable backup to disk folder.
Iomega REV Drive wont show up in the device tab. To perform backup using Iomega REV drive you need to perform following steps;
1. First the drive should be detected by the windows.
2. Operating system should assign a drive letter to the drive.
