Copy/Move Dedup Storage to new Server

Is there a way to copy a Dedup Storage Folder from one server to another?

Actually I have copied "BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder" from one Win 2012 R2 Server to another.

The new Server has a different name, but the Storage letter is still the same. If I am trying to import the copied Dedup folder into the new backup Exec installation I always get an error.

I could solve the problem.

I have copied the folder to the new server. Gave new ACL rights to the folder.
And edit/updated the spa.cfg.

After that the copied folder could be imported to the new Backup Exec Server.
