Since upgrading to V12.0 of BE with SP1, the full backups of our mail server produces "Exception" entries in the job log regarding corrupt files detected during the mailbox backup. Each message is identified by a 48-character string of letters and numbers, but it is impossible to identify in whose mailbx these messages resides, or whether they are located in the Inbox, Deleted Items, or Sent Items folders.
How do I identify these messages so that they can be excluded from future backups?
