We suggest you try stopping all the BEWS services and registering the Crystal Reports DLLs. From command prompt navigate to \program files\veritas\Backup Exec\NT and run REGSVR32 against the following (syntax regsvr32 :(
- crpe32.dll
- EXLATE32.dll
- p2sevt.dll
- p2soledb.dll
Run the report again and observe the results.
If the steps mentioned above does not work, kindly repair Backup Exec software by referring to the following steps mentioned in the technote given below:-
