Does anyone know of a way to customize/edit the default alerts that are generated for successful and failed jobs, as well as others? My goal is to add some variables or even static text that will help identify the company name so when alerts are sent to our ticketing program, then can be parsed for that company name and assigned to the appropriate company.
I'm looking for a reference to a static xml file or something like that which I can edit.
