DLO Backup paused / stopped by user

Hello,

Some of our users pause or close DLO Agent (sometimes DLO Agent was removed from Startup). How to prevent this and ensure that DLO Agent is always running and backup is taken.

Hi,

Some of my users simply pause or close DLO Agent (which is shown in System Tray). I would like to know whether it is possible to run as a service and also to automatically restart it in case if it not running.

Hello,

It seems that some of the dlo users are disabling the agent. In order to prevent them from doing so, follow the steps below:

- On the media server, click on Tools-configure DLO- click on the profile which contains these users.
- right click and go to the properties tab
- from here, you can uncheck the option to grant them rights to disable DLO.
