DLO Client Hangs on Random File and Won't Skip to Next

Using DLO build 132B22A.

I have a created a profile that is a scheduled backup. The DLO client runs at the appointed time, but gets hung on a particular file.

I tried creating an exclude filter for that file name but it shows up as though the exclude filter is being ignored. This is after refreshing the settings on the DLO client and restarting the job manually.

Is there a way to configure the client so that when it get's hung up on a file it moves it to the back of the queue? Or is there a way of creating an exclude filter for a given filename?
