DLO Error Individual email FAILED to copy to the network user data folder, EvtID=V-139-52224-20050

I've searched on line for this event ID and can't find it anywhere.   Can someone from Symantec or someone who has had this error before tell me what it indicates?   (Or point me to a complete list of DLO Event IDs?)

I have my Outlook files in a non-stnd location, but easily findable, in MyDocs, am running WinXP, BE11d, and have DLO configured for incremental message backup.  I use POP email, not MS Exchange Server. 

Here's the edited full text of the error:

8/8/2007 2:21:52 PM - Backup - c:\documents and settings\  .. \my documents\email\outlook.pst\Inbox\ [email subject]

FAILED to copy to the network user data folder. More data is available.   - http://eventlookup.veritas.com/eventlookup/EventLookup.jhtml?EvtID=V-139-52224-20050

I'm also facing the same issue, but my data is in the standard location. User is using POP for mail.

I get the same error as well and the link (http://eventlookup.veritas.com/eventlookup/EventLookup.jhtml?EvtID=V-139-52224-20050) still goes no-where worthwhile.  If you are going to implement something, make sure you follow through!
