DLO - Error in Reports

I'm using Backup Exec 10.1d and installed all available updates.

When I generate 3 "last backup status" reports in DLO, a number of users have their last backup time in error.

For example, I got a user that backup at 4:32:49 pm last time appear as 6:05:02 pm in the report.

Is it happening with only this particular report ?

Have you verified the time at which the backup was over ?

All 3 "Last Backup Status" reports got errors. I checked the actual finished backup time and that in the reports. Many users got a error reported backup finish time.

I repaired the DB, the utility reported successful.

I waited 1 day and run the report again. However, the same error persists.

Hello Kenneth,

- Could you give us the exact Error Message?
- Also check if you see any related Events in the event logs.
- Also try running a normal Backup exec Report instead of the DLO.

There are no error message neither in Alerts of the Consoles nor EventViewer.

By the way, how to run a backup exec report on DLO status as you mentioned?

From Add remove programs please perform a repair install of backup Exec
If this dosent work try uninstalling and reinstalling Dlo

If I uninstall and install DLO, will DLO settings kept?

To repair DLO does not help.
I doubt if removing and reinstalling DLO will remove all the settings.

An uninstall and a reinstall will remove the settings. Have you installed SP 1 for 10d? If not, install it from the link below:
