DLO Log file

Hello,
I'm using BackupExec V 10 with DLO

In the log file I can see a warning message that "is in use by another application. It will be retried" but while I close the file I can't see the success log.

What is the exact error message?
Are you getting this error while backing up pst's?

Hi,

This is not only with PST, also with xls file or any file that in use by the application.
IPAddress.xls is in use by another application. It will be retried

I never see after that success in the log, even if I close the application
