We have DLO installed on a few machines and we have been noticing that when the machines shut down with sone outstanding files to be backed up there are two popups that show up. The first one asks if you want to run a job now. "No" counts down to zero. Then it asks what you want to do after the backup, Restart or Shutdown.
The problems I have are: 1. Sometimes that popup is hidden behind another screen so the user doesn't know why it won't shutdown, and 2. Why does it ask what the user wants to do if it has already timed out to selecting "no" for running the backup job?
It does not appear to run a backup in this scenario.
Any ideas?
