DLO Storage Location Error

I have had to reinstall Backup Exec and keep encountering the following error when attempting to create a storage location
Warning V-139-32775-123
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
Unable to create the directory 'F:\DLO' on computer 'server'.
Please check the path does not reside on a read-only device such as a
CD-ROM drive and that the DLO database service "logon account has
sufficient permissions to create the directory. You can change the logon
account via the Services control panel. Service returned error code
0x8007007b.

I would like to connect to the location i used previously, but keep getting the error. Even when i try on another server i keep getting the same error. I have confirmed that permissions are all correct.
This all use to work fine up until i had to rebuild the Media Server.
Any ideas???

Hi,

I am also getting this issue on a new installation of 11d.

I have tried changing the services password and restarting the services and Also I have checked the permissions on the share that I am currently using on a differing server for DLO and they are fine.

Any ideas?
