DLO network data folder size 0mb in DLO console

a number of my users network data folders are showing as being 0mb in size in the DLO console. What's causing this?

I have already applied hotfix 8

Hi,

For test purpose enable the local user data folder and then run the job.
Define a new Network data folder, this is to isolate network related issues.
