Panther will copy all selected files on a system without regard to whether or not they are in use or what application owns them. That being said, there is no mechanism in place to ensure consistency among related files. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that SQL will be 100% recoverable. Complete database protection agents will be available in a future release.
