Deleted DLO Client, waitng for.....

Dear,
 
In the Symantec Desktop and laptop options for Backup Exec Version 11d, had we delete a user.
The Status of the user is "Waiting for deleting" ...... we are waiting all more than 10 day's but the DLO would not delete the user.
 
How we can or how we must delete the user or how we must resolve this problem??
