I would like to evaluate BE 12.5 on a Windows 2003 SBS running Veritas Ver 10.0. Will I be able to install 12.5 along with 10.0 or will the older version be replaced? I would like to run my eval with as little impact on the existing system as possible.
They can't co-exist. There are too many things that are in common, like services and registry entries, so even if you installed to a non-default directory, it would overwrite portions of the earlier version.
