Device and Media service problems

When attempting to restart the BE services, the Device and Media Service will only start once in a while. The error given is logon failure but I have tried resetting the password on service account and resetting the logon account in the service and it will still fail to start. Sometimes it will start without issue using the same setup. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the problem. All of the dependent services it needs to run are running.

Help! I still have another issue with BE to solve after this one is resolved.

I've noticed that the service will start after about 10-15 minutes. Could this be a SQL issue?

- Do you receive any events in the event logs?
