Difference encountered in file data.

We are getting this message when verifying are data - Difference encountered in file data.  For example:
 
 
We have created various jobs selecting various amounts of data but still get the same issue.  Each time the job runs it seems to be a different file or files that generate the error. 
 
We have changed our tapes for new ones / We have changed our backup drives / we have updated all firmware and server drivers / We have updated all windows updates.  But still get the same error message.
 
When we remove verify the job completes successfully.
 
We are backing up from a Dell PowerVault 745N with a Dell LTO 03 114T enclosure.  Running Windows 2003 Server and Backup Exec 10D (10.1 Rev 5629)
 
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

not familiar with those file extensions
Do they belong to applications that are running while the backup takes place?
 
If so, you may need to look into AOFO (Advanced Open File Option)
