Hi,
For the past two days Veritas has been showing 1 tape as being loaded (tape 02), My hosting provider has confirmed to me that they have since changed the tape (they do this daily) so tape 02 should not be in the drive so all I can think is that Veritas is showing that tape 02 is loaded when it is not. I have refreshed the display in the media window but tape 02 is still being shown as the loaded media.
I am unsure on what steps to take so any help would be much appreciated.
p.s. This problem did seem to start once I put the daily backup schedule on hold � could this be the cause???
