Backup Exec 2012 SP2 (which will be in Beta soon) will support SPS 2013. However although support for some new Microsoft Technologies will also be provided in a parallel SP to be released against 2010 R3, SPS 2013 support is not part of this 2010 R3 patch (or any current planned udate for that version of Backup Exec.)
I can't comment on the support status or any plans against NetBackup (Completely diffrent product with a differenrt forum and different support staff)
