Does Backup Exec 11D support retry feature?

While the backup is being performed, the network cable is disconnected from the NAS Server for five second intervals once a minute, over the span of 5 minutes.

Will Backup Exec skip those files missed while the network connection was dropped?

Once the network connection is dropped and Backup Exec detects this it will fail the job and move onto the next server in the selection list.
