I'm working through support document 255501 to try to resolve ridiculously slow backup performance with BE12. The document refers me to www.symantec.com/business/support/downloads.jsp?pid=15047 as the place to download the latest drivers for my robotic library and tape drive (HP SSL1016). However, there are no drivers available to download.
Where can I get them from please?
I am running Windows 2003 Server, BackupExec 12 SP1.
