Duplicate Tape Job hangs and does not start on schedule time.

I have BE10D on a 2003 Server backing up to an Overland Raid then duplicated to an Overland Tape Drive. I am using a SQL 2000 on another server for datbase support.

The Duplication is suppose to start at 7AM. It does not, just hangs there. I usually have to restart the services in order for the Tape job to go off.

Any ideas on what is causing this? I have all the updates both for BE and 2003 and SQL.

Do you get any Alerts or Errors in the Event Viewer ?
Have you checked if your tape drive is compatible ?
