ERROR: The VERITAS Security Service module (VxSS) could not be initialized

Backup Exec 11d CPS when trying to configure web services get the above.

Have removed added using local admin account, still no dice.

Any idea's.

Curious to know the cause of this error, Carl. Backup Exec 11d CPS does not use the VERITAS Security Service module (VxSS). Do you have other Symantec products installed on that box?
