We have numerous customers that have all been upgraded (uninstalled version 9.1 and installed version 10.0) that we support and since the upgrade to version 10.0, the email alerts after a job completes or fails are not sent unless the server is rebooted or the Remote Storage Manager service is restarted
I have logged calls with Veritas and have not received any answers on this issue.
It has been like this for 3-4 months since the upgrade
