Email message at specific time, if tape not inserted (Backup Exec)

Hi All, In our office, we switch backup tapes each day, manually. Sometimes we forget to switch tapes.

Is there a way to create a custom notification, so that at a specific time, if a tape is not ready in the drive, an email notification is sent to someone?
Is this possible with the Backup Exec interface, or would it require scripting?

Have you checked the "Media Insert" alert

You can schedule to run an inventory at a specifict time and send a notification, but that will send a message anyway, if a tape is inserted or not.
