Empty backup when I backup a folder

Hi All..

I've a strange issue on a backup job.

In the backup job I've configured a backup of a DFS filder (not the link), when backupexec backups this folder(3Gb more or less) the backup is 4Mb and no files are save on the tabe. The Job notification has no errors.

If I try to restore the folder I see only it and not its contents.

Is this on Windows Server 2003 R2, with DFS-R?
If so, have a look at http://www.backupexecfaq.com/faq/problems/dfs-backup-and-performance-issues.html
There are "some" issues with DFS...

thank for your response..I've solve it stopping the dfsr service via pre/post script
