Are these files actually present in the specified location ?

Is Advanced Open File option enabled ? If not, do enable it and set it to the microsoft vss provider.

If running any AV, set it to exclude from scanning the BE processes.

Hi Sir VJware

Are these files actually present in the specified location ? - yes alot of files were skipped and not backup

Is Advanced Open File option enabled ? If not, do enable it and set it to the microsoft vss provider.

AOF was enabled but is set to Automatic Allow VSS to select the snapshot provider.
Changing it to System - Use Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider

Q1:Default AOF setting was okey on my daily backup, is it recommended to change it to "Use Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider" also?

If running any AV, set it to exclude from scanning the BE processes.

It is already excluded sir

Do ensure Shadow Copies are enabled on the specific volume and its set to No Limit as well.

Are the status of all VSS writers OK when you run the command ~ vssadmin list writers from the cmd ?

Are there any VSS / volsnap errors under the remote server's event viewer ?

It might be that your disk is corrupted. Use a command prompt and run Chkdsk /f Against the volume. Make sure you use the /f switch so that any disk errors can be corrected. Also, make sure that your SQL backup jobs which are creating these files are not running during the backup
