Error 0xe000fe09 - The directory is invalid with VM backups.

I am getting 0xe000fe09 - The directory is invalid, Resource Errors on a number (5 or 6) of my VM backups that are going to a dedup folder.

It backs up some data, then gets this error. Any Ideas as to how to fix this?

1) What happens when you backup to a disk storage, rather than the dedup folder?

2) Is there any intdication in the joblog as to which directory is invalid?
