We get the following message when installing BackupExec 12.5 on our Windows 2003 Std. Server with SP2 and no anti virus.

The BE installation issues error V-225-56 which links to Symantec document 286170.
We explicitly assigned full permissions to all of the folders and tried to download and install Microsoft Report Viewer but we continue to get the same failure.
We downloaded BackupExec 12.5 from Symantec's site to a folder on the C: drive of the server.
How can we get BE installed? Any help is appreciated.
