I receive the following error message when trying to install the DLO Agent:

I have BE 10.0 Rev. 5484 with the following updates: SP1, Hotfixes 7,8,14,24 running on Windows Server 2003 SP1. I'm trying to install the agent on a computer with Windows XP SP2.

Please advise.
