I have run IDR from a CD. Pressed F2 for recovery of SBS 2003 but IDR fails to recognise HD and Tape. Any ideas?

This is VERY urgent.

Hello Tim,
Can you tell us if:
- you get any error messages?
- any errors in the event logs?
- Are you doing the IDR on a different Hardware Computer?
- Are you a remote or a lokal IDR?
- Are you doing an IDR of a Database? like Exchange?
