Error 5393 when creating a bootable cd image on disk

Using BE v 9.1 under Windows Small Business Server 2003 the following error occurred while copying blocks. I have omitted most of the directory information since it is probably not relevant
Unexpected error at e:/..../mkcdimage.cpp 5393
0xa000d000 (2684407808)

This appeared to happen at the very end of copying blocks since the blue timing indicator was at the end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had a very similar problem and called Veritas tech support. They told me to uninsall the IDR option, and then reinstall it. After I had uninstalled it, they told me to rename the IDR folder in the Backup Exec folder to IDROld, and then reinstall it. After doing that, it has been working great. hope it works for you.
