Error Connecting to Netware Server

Whenever I test Resource credentials from BEWS v 10 build 5520 to a Netware Server with Remote agent installed, the Netware server console shows "ERR:ConnectToTargetService Invalid User name or authentication".
However, the test result on the BEWS is successful.
The problem I am having is slow throughput rate like 2 MB/min or less even though the files are being backed up.

It seems the error occurs during the test connection, yet the job succeeds.Run an actual job and check if the error persists.

Since when does the problem with slow throughput occur? Is is during a local or a remote backup? Refer to the following technote in order to resolve the problem:
