Error - Mount failed

I recieve the error at least twice a week. I have changed media. Any ideas? The Job is set to cancel after three hours in general setup. This is what is happening after the tape fails to mount. The tape mount failure is the issue not "user cancelled physical volume library operation." The "cancelled physical" error is a result of time (3 hours) after the failure to mount.

- Do you receive any events in the event logs


-Kindly refer the following Document:


"User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation" (a000810f HEX or e000810f HEX) is reported in the backup job log when attempting to run a backup operation
