Error - Mount failed

When I run a backup job I get the following error 0x800706be(2147944126) and the backup job fails. If I go to devices and try to eject the tape within the software I get the following" Physical Volume Library Drive not found" and the tape doesn't eject. Our system as working great for many months until recently. Thank you.

Hovig,
We have seen exactly the same issue recently. Like you with no changes having taken place between the backup running fine and now producing the above error.

If you receive any feedback to your posting, would you be kind enough to let me know? Should I find out elsewhere I'll update the posting and let you know.
