Error backing up Netware server remote

I got the following error message trying to backup a netware server using the remote agent, installing and starting the remote agent was no problem and setting up the backup job and selecting the files using the manager was no problem, but when the job runs the folloing error ocours:

Job ended: 20. september 2005 at 08:37:21
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0009443 - Error connecting to the Backup Exec Remote Agent for NetWare Servers. Make sure that the Remote Agent NetWare is running on the target computer.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Hello,

- Is the backup job of NetWare with other windows server?
- Is there a seperate selection list or job for NetWare?
- Are you able to ping by name and ip from both the servers ?
- Are you logged in as .admin user ?
- What is the version of the NetWare?
