Error e000e020

I have installed Symantec backup Exe on my Server there is a very unusual Error which i am facing is that i can run backup manualy but when i run it according to schedule backup Trys to Run at very unusual date and time

If i am running it on 27 backup would be trying to run on 28 and at some unspecific time and after that giving the error of e000e020

Kindly if some one has faced this problem please share your ideas and solution for this

When you first submitted the scheduled job, on the Job Monitor tab, when is the job scheduled to run, on the 27 or the 28?  Does this problem occur for all scheduled jobs?

I had encountered this problem a couple of times, after I changed the schedule for an existing scheduled job, but not for new jobs.
