Error installing 2014 remote agent

I have just upgraded from BE 2012 to BE 2014. All went well and the process was quite easy. I have a number of servers requiring remote agents all but one installed correctly. This error presented when I install locally or remotely:

The server is Windows 2008 R2 as are some of the others that were successfully installed.

Can anyone advise me as to a solution for this issue.

Could you post the error message. The image that you have uploaded is not visible.

Yes,as AmolB requested, please provide the error code

also, some common problems installing the remote agent are if an AV is active- try the install after disabling AV.
