Error "No more data on media"

I receicve this error when performing a quick erase. I'm performing a long erase right now to see if that works, but I have never ran across this before.

HI,

A quick erase job overwrites only the header of the tape.

If the header of the tape is physically damaged,quick erase may not work and the job may terminate.

Please update us on the results of long erase operation.

I received the same error with the long erase. Maybe bad media?

maybe its a bad tape.Please try performing an earse with another tape and verify the result.
