Error when running BE 10 Service Pack 1 installer

Hi

I have downloaded the service pack for BE 10.0 Rev 5484 and when I run the program it tells me it is calculating required space and after this completes, it gives me the option to update. I click on this and instantly it says Install Wizard Error. The installerwas interrupted before the update could complete. Your system has not been modified, etc.

The event log shows event ID 1024 with the following error message: -

Product: VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows Servers - Update '{90BBDB2C-A880-425A-B54F-DA7DF734F3D9}' could not be installed. Error code 1603.

We are running Windows Server 2003 with no service Pack 1 on a Dell Powerdege 2600.

Any help would be greatfully recieved.

The wizard was interrupted before Backup Exec 9.x or 10.0 for Windows Servers could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.
