Hi,

This may happen due to many possibilities:

- Reduce the priority of remote agent to low.
- Set to full duplex mode for NIC on both servers if the server is a remote server.
- Ensure that remote agent services are running unde local system account all other services under backup exec service account.
- Create a new incremental backup from scratch and verify the results.
